Hoppers Crosby Road is OPEN

Brisbane’s city suburb of Albion has become the proud home of our new brewery, Hoppers Crosby Road, marking it an exciting addition to the local craft beer scene. The establishment of this brewery has been a labor of love for the owners, fueled by a passion for the art of brewing and a desire to provide the community with exceptional beer in an exceptional venue. From the moment the doors swung open, the atmosphere has been brimming with excitement and anticipation. The brewery owners couldn’t be prouder of their achievement and promise you this is only the beginning.

The new brewery has quickly gained a local reputation for its commitment to quality and service The brews show a dedication to diversity with a wide range of beers, each with its own distinct character and flavor profile. Whether it’s a refreshing Pale Ale bursting with tropical notes, a rich and robust stout, or a crisp and clean lager, there is something to satisfy every beer lover’s palate. The brewery also takes pride in sourcing the finest local ingredients, supporting regional farmers and suppliers in its quest to create truly exceptional brews.

The response from the local community has been overwhelmingly positive and at times humbling, with residents and beer enthusiasts alike embracing the new brewery with open arms. The brewery’s taproom has become a gathering place, where friends and neighbors come together to enjoy a schooner or a G&T, share stories, and savor the fruits of everyone’s labour. Tyler, Ian and Col are thrilled to witness the sense of pride and camaraderie that the establishment has fostered in Albion. As Hoppers Crosby Road continues to grow and experiment with new flavors and styles, the aim is to cement a place in the heart of the community, leaving a lasting legacy in Albion’s vibrant beer culture.
